Each student must qualify based on his/her own income. A student’s income must be at least $22,000 per year in order to qualify on his/her own. If a student’s annual income is less than this amount, the lease must be guaranteed by someone that meets this requirement, usually a parent. In this circumstance, the Guarantee of Lease form must be completed and returned, along with the student’s Rental Application.
